Artsy Shot: Into the Source
A contribution by Jascha
Executive Summary
A single LSD trip fundamentally changed my view of myself so much that I couldn't help but irrevocably change my life, piece by piece. From an emotionally rigid know-it-all with superficial relationships, I gradually became a happy, vibrant, and mature version of myself. This is the story of my unplanned psychedelic journey.
It's the unexpected moments in life that change life. And if we string them all together, passion projects like the Psychedelika Club can emerge. Not because they were planned, but because they were the logical conclusion of many crucial life events.
My first of this kind was probably my first LSD trip, during which I realized that my everyday consciousness is a ridiculously stripped-down version of what is really happening around me and within me. Admittedly, that was also a painful realization, and I would by no means call that trip beautiful. Nevertheless, many more LSD trips followed, during which I first changed the relationships in my life, then moved to a new place, and finally even embarked on a completely new career path. And these lines here are part of exactly that story, because if I hadn't had the courage to take 150 micrograms of LSD back then, you would probably be doing something completely different right now.
It is these stories that can inspire people to take a closer look at what LSD is all about. And that's exactly why I want to tell you my honest, unvarnished story of how I changed my life with psychedelics. And because it feels right to me right now, I want to talk to you about it one-on-one via video:
