Is 1BP-LSD legal?
Yes, 1BP-LSD is legal in Germany. The background to this is that anything not prohibited is legal in this country. 1BP-LSD does not fall under the Narcotics Act (BtMG), the New Psychoactive Substances Act (NpSG), or the Medicinal Products Act (AMG). Furthermore, it does not fall under the Medical Devices Act (MPG) or the Precursors Control Act (GÜG).

What happens after a ban on 1BP-LSD?
Should 1BP-LSD be banned, it is assumed that this would occur through its inclusion in the New Psychoactive Substances Act (NpSG) – as was the case with its predecessor substances 1P-LSD, 1CP-LSD, 1V-LSD, 1D-LSD, 1T-LSD, and 1S-LSD. This would criminalize trade, but possession would remain legal – so you don't need to worry about your legal LSD.

What is the difference between LSD and 1BP-LSD?
The chemicals are almost identical. However, 1BP-LSD has a small molecular addition to LSD, which ensures that it is not covered by the Narcotics Act (BtMG), the New Psychoactive Substances Act (NpSG), or the Medicines Act (AMG). 1BP-LSD may be researched without the approval of the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM).
What should be considered when storing 1BP-LSD?
It is best to store 1BP-LSD in a cool, dry place, protected from air and light.
How long does 1BP-LSD last?
If stored correctly – meaning light- and airtight in a cool and dry place – you can easily store our products for quite some time. Unfortunately, there's no exact time frame, but it's estimated to be a few years. By the way, nothing can go bad; at most, the effect slowly diminishes over time. So there's no reason not to buy the legal LSD derivative 1BP-LSD and use it much later for research purposes.
How long is the research time for LSD derivatives?
A regular research experiment with 1750 μg of 1S-LSD typically lasts 10 to 12 (+) hours. It is therefore advisable to allow sufficient time for it. We recommend planning an additional day for the preparation and follow-up of your 1BP-LSD experiment. This allows you to clearly define the objectives of the experiment in advance and to document and analyze the results afterward.
What is the purity of the 1BP-LSD product?
