Shipping policy

Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping. In general:

all shipments are sent discreetly via DHL – you will, of course, receive a tracking ID from us;
shipping takes place no later than two business days after receipt of payment;
for orders under €69, shipping costs are €2.95; for orders of €69 or more, shipping is free.

(1) All prices stated on the provider's website include the applicable statutory VAT.

(2) The applicable shipping costs are indicated to the customer on the order form (unless shipping is free) and must be borne by the customer, unless the customer exercises their right of withdrawal.

(3) Goods are shipped via postal service. The provider bears the shipping risk if the customer is a consumer.

(4) In the event of withdrawal, the customer must bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

(5) The customer must bear the costs of re-shipment if they provided an incorrect delivery address for the original order, thereby necessitating a second shipment.
