Is that legal?

As an adult citizen, you are allowed to cultivate up to three cannabis plants for personal use – regardless of whether they are in the growth or flowering phase.

This regulation applies per person, not per household, so every adult in a household may possess three plants. Two adults in a household are therefore allowed up to six plants (hence our set with six seeds).

After harvesting, you are permitted to store the dried cannabis at home, without any quantity restrictions, as long as it originates from your own cultivation.

If you leave the house with your green buddies, please note the limited carry-on amount of a maximum of 25 grams.

Cannabis FAQ

Cannabis strains are divided into three main categories: Indica, Sativa, and Hybrid.

Indica strains (such as "Cream Caramel" cannabis seeds) are often associated with physical relaxation and drowsiness – ideal for a cozy evening on the couch.
Sativa strains (such as "Power Plant" cannabis seeds), on the other hand, are known for their energizing effects and are often consumed during the day to promote creativity and social interaction.
Hybrids (such as "Gorilla Glue" cannabis seeds) combine the characteristics of both types, offering a balanced mix of physical and mental effects. Nevertheless, there are also hybrid cannabis strains that lean more towards the relaxed or stimulating end of the spectrum.

These plants are generally faster and easier to grow, as they do not depend on a change in light duration. Autoflowering varieties are often smaller and well-suited for discreet or space-saving growing conditions. They are ideal for beginners or for those who want to achieve multiple harvests per year. The entire growth cycle typically takes only 10–11 weeks.

Brevity is the spice of cannabis – so here's a three-step guide with the most important information for growing your own cannabis:

Planting: Be sure to pre-germinate the seeds before placing them in their first small pots. When the plants are about 10–15 cm tall, they should be repotted into larger containers.
Care: They love light – preferably 18 hours per day. They also appreciate pleasant temperatures (between 20–25°C during the day and not below 18°C at night), as well as nutrient solution and ventilation. Please don't forget regular watering!
Harvesting: When the trichomes (resin crystals) are white, it's time: It's best to cut the branches in the morning, expose the buds, and then proceed to drying, curing, and tasting!

For indoor cultivation, the flowering time is 8–9 weeks, with a yield of up to 500 g/m². As an autoflowering strain, this "Power Plant" can enter the flowering phase in any light period between 12 and 18 hours per day. The total cultivation time of the cannabis seeds, including flowering time, is 10–11 weeks. If you look at outdoor cultivation, the flowering time is also 8–9 weeks, with production ranging from 60–250 g per plant. The plant reaches a height of 80–150 cm. The total cultivation time here is also 10–11 weeks. The best part: outdoors, the plant can flower at any time of year, provided the temperature remains above 10°C.
